John Benjamin

John has over 8 years experience in business sales, mergers and acquisitions.  He has been directly involved in the successful sale of over 80 businesses in the Delaware Valley.  John's areas of expertise include business valuation, creative deal structuring, arranging buyer financing, and all phases of negotiation.  

Prior to Keystone, John spent over 20 years in senior leadrship positions with start-up, mid-size and large companies.  This experience includes Vice President of Mill Creek Partners (an M&A firm), Assistant Treasurer of ARAMARK Corporation (an international managed services company), Director of Treasury at Vlasic Foods, and co-founder of TheWaterGardener.com

John received a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Cornell's Johnson School.  He lives in Berwyn, PA with his wife and two children.

Daniel Mellbye

Dan comes to Keystone Advisors with over 14 years of business broker experience. He has helped many small business owners across industries sell their privately held businesses. Dan has a strong specialty in service businesses, laundromats, bars, restaurants, and beer distributors, retail and manufacturing.  As a business owner himself, Dan has an excellent understanding of the questions and needs of clients throughout the business sale process.  

Dan received a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Kutztown University, and is currently an owner of a beer distributor in Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming a broker and business owner, Dan was a licensed insurance agent for a large insurance company.

Dan is a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License #283148 

Dan is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors (GPAR)
